Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you’ll perform and oversee exams across various specialties, ensuring accurate, timely studies and compassionate, patient-centered care. You will coordinate daily workflow, support protocol adherence, and collaborate closely with radiologists and providers. The Lead Sonographer mentors staff, supports students, champions quality and safety initiatives, and helps advance continuous learning within a collaborative, mission-driven health system.
