Job description
As a Lead Sonographer at Wellstar, you will provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services while guiding a team of sonographers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You’ll perform and coordinate a wide range of exams, ensuring accurate imaging, adherence to safety and quality standards, and compassionate patient care. In this leadership role, you will oversee workflow, support training and competency development, and participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
