Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide ultrasound services within our patient-centered, not-for-profit health system. In this role, you will perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound exams, ensure high image quality, and support safe, compassionate care across diverse patient populations. You will coordinate daily workflow, oversee equipment use and maintenance, and collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nursing teams. As a clinical leader, you will mentor and train sonographers, support continuous learning, and help drive quality improvement in a collaborative, inclusive environment focused on community health.
