Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and support patient-centered care across our integrated health system. In this role, you will perform and coordinate complex imaging exams, ensuring high-quality images, safety, and comfort for diverse patient populations. You will lead and mentor sonography staff, support scheduling and workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams. The Lead Sonographer helps drive quality improvement, adopts new imaging technologies, and participates in education and training within a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
