Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide a high-performing ultrasound team within our patient-centered, not-for-profit health system. In this role, you will perform and oversee a full range of diagnostic ultrasound exams, ensure image quality and safety, and support accurate, timely diagnoses in collaboration with radiologists and providers. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor and precept sonographers, support training and competency, and champion quality improvement. This leadership position is ideal for an experienced sonographer eager to shape standards of care and advance community health.
