Job description
Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to oversee high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Based in Marietta, this role performs advanced imaging studies, supports complex cases, and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The Lead Sonographer mentors and trains staff, coordinates workflow across multiple care settings, and partners closely with radiologists and providers to support accurate, timely diagnoses. You will help drive quality improvement, support accreditation efforts, and champion compassionate, inclusive care that improves health outcomes in the communities Wellstar serves.
