Job description
Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound care and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform complex exams, oversee workflow, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and accreditation standards. Working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, you’ll mentor sonographers and students, partner closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives that advance community health and clinical excellence across Wellstar’s care settings.
