Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to oversee high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our Georgia care settings. In this role, you will perform complex exams, coordinate daily workflow, and ensure adherence to safety and imaging protocols. You will mentor technologists and students, support training on advanced equipment, and collaborate closely with radiologists and providers to deliver accurate, compassionate, patient-centered care. Leveraging Wellstar’s robust clinical resources, you’ll drive quality improvement, support multidisciplinary teams, and help advance innovative care models for the communities we serve.
