Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform and oversee complex ultrasound exams, ensure image quality, and support accurate, timely diagnoses. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor sonographers, and promote a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Working closely with radiologists, providers, and nurses, you’ll uphold safety and accreditation standards while contributing to quality and process-improvement initiatives.
