Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and team leadership across our patient-centered care settings. In this role, you will perform complex ultrasound exams, ensure image quality, and support accurate clinical decision-making. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor technologists, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams. The Lead Sonographer champions safety, quality, and compassionate care while supporting protocol updates, staff education, and continuous improvement within our integrated health system.
