Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and team leadership across our integrated healthcare system in Georgia. In this role, you will perform and supervise high-quality ultrasound exams, ensuring accurate imaging, documentation, and patient safety. You will mentor sonographers, coordinate workflow, and collaborate with radiologists and providers to support timely diagnoses. The Lead Sonographer helps drive quality improvement, maintains imaging equipment, and promotes compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
