Job description
Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and team leadership across its Georgia care locations. In this role, you will perform a full range of ultrasound exams, ensuring high-quality images, accurate documentation, and a safe, compassionate experience for patients. You will coordinate workflow, mentor sonographers and students, support training, and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses. This position supports Wellstar’s mission through evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and continuous learning in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
