Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and leadership within our patient-centered imaging team. In this role, you will perform and coordinate a wide range of ultrasound exams, ensuring image quality, patient safety, and adherence to clinical protocols. You will mentor sonographers and students, support scheduling and workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams. As part of Wellstar’s collaborative, mission-driven culture, you’ll help drive quality improvement, participate in ongoing education, and advance community health across our care settings.
