Job description
As a Lead Sonographer at Wellstar, you will provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services while guiding a high-performing imaging team. You’ll perform complex exams, ensure image quality, and collaborate closely with radiologists and providers across Wellstar’s hospitals and care sites. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate workflow, mentor sonographers and students, support accreditation and quality initiatives, and promote a safe, compassionate, patient-centered environment that reflects Wellstar’s values of integrity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
