Job description
WellStar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this on-site role, you will perform and oversee complex exams, ensuring image quality, patient safety, and adherence to protocols. You will mentor sonographers, support students, and collaborate closely with radiologists and care teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. As part of Wellstar’s collaborative culture, you’ll contribute to process improvements, participate in ongoing education, and help advance imaging standards across our integrated health system.
