Job description
Wellstar seeks a Lead Sonographer to guide ultrasound services across its patient-centered care settings. In this role, you will perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound exams, set daily workflow priorities, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. You will mentor and precept sonographers and students, support accreditation and protocol development, and collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams. The position offers access to advanced imaging technology, continuing education, and growth across Wellstar’s hospitals and outpatient facilities.
