Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our patient-centered care settings. In this role, you will perform complex ultrasound exams, oversee daily workflow, and mentor a team of sonographers while ensuring compassionate, safe, and efficient care. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support quality improvement initiatives, and help implement best practices and new technologies. This position offers access to advanced imaging resources, ongoing education, and career growth within a large, innovative not-for-profit health system dedicated to improving community health.
