Job description
Wellstar Health System seeks a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this on-site role, you will perform and oversee complex exams, ensure adherence to imaging protocols, and support accurate, timely diagnoses in collaboration with radiologists and multidisciplinary care teams. You will mentor and schedule sonographers, champion patient-centered care, coordinate equipment maintenance, and promote safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous clinical improvement across diverse Wellstar care settings.
