Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging across our Georgia care locations. In this role, you will perform complex exams, ensure image quality, and prioritize patient safety and comfort. You will oversee daily workflow, mentor sonographers, and collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This position supports quality improvement, adheres to accreditation standards, and helps advance best practices and technology in a large, innovative, not-for-profit health system.
