Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and team leadership within our patient-centered health system. In this role, you will perform and oversee a wide range of ultrasound examinations, ensuring high-quality images, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and accreditation standards. You will mentor and support sonographers and students, collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams, and help optimize workflows, protocols, and equipment utilization to improve patient outcomes across our Georgia care locations.
