Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services across our Georgia care locations. In this role, you will perform and oversee complex exams, ensure optimal image quality, and support accurate, timely diagnoses in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. You will mentor and schedule sonographers, coordinate workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and providers. The Lead Sonographer also champions safety, protocol adherence, accreditation standards, and continuous improvement while modeling Wellstar’s values of integrity, inclusion, and lifelong learning.
