Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and team leadership within our patient-centered health system. Based in our Georgia hospitals and care centers, this role performs and oversees a wide range of ultrasound exams, ensuring image quality, accuracy, and safety. The Lead Sonographer mentors staff, supports scheduling and workflow, and collaborates with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll help drive quality initiatives, train new sonographers, and contribute to compassionate care for diverse patient populations in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
