Job description
WellStar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform complex exams, ensure image quality, and uphold safety and regulatory standards across multiple care settings. You will coordinate daily workflow, support protocol development, and collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. As a clinical resource and mentor, you will foster continuous learning while contributing to quality improvement and innovation in a mission-driven, community-focused health system.
