Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform complex exams across multiple specialties, ensure image quality, and support accurate, timely diagnoses. You’ll coordinate daily workflow, mentor sonographers and students, and promote a compassionate, patient-centered experience. Working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you’ll partner with radiologists and clinical teams, help standardize protocols, support accreditation and safety standards, and contribute to continuous quality and process improvement across Wellstar’s care settings.
