Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and support patient-centered care across our Georgia facilities. In this role, you will perform and oversee a full range of sonographic exams, ensuring high-quality imaging, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will mentor and guide sonographers and students, coordinate daily workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nursing teams. Working within a collaborative, learning-focused culture, you’ll contribute to protocol development, quality improvement, and the advancement of imaging standards across the system.
