Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality, patient-centered ultrasound services across our Georgia care settings. In this role, you will perform and oversee complex diagnostic ultrasound exams, ensure image quality and accurate documentation, and collaborate closely with radiologists and care teams. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor sonographers, support orientation and ongoing education, and champion best practices in safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance. This position offers growth within an innovative, not-for-profit system dedicated to community health.
