Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound imaging and team leadership across our Georgia care locations. In this role, you will perform advanced ultrasound exams, verify orders, and collaborate closely with radiologists and providers to support accurate diagnoses and patient-centered care. You will oversee daily workflow, mentor sonographers and students, support equipment quality and safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory and infection-prevention standards in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
