Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and team leadership within our integrated, patient-centered health system. This role performs and oversees a full range of ultrasound exams, ensuring high-quality images, accurate documentation, and compassionate care. The Lead Sonographer mentors staff, supports scheduling and workflow, and collaborates closely with radiologists and providers. You will help maintain equipment, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and contribute to quality improvement and education across multiple Wellstar care settings.
