Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to oversee high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services within our collaborative, patient-centered health system. In this role, you will perform and coordinate a full range of ultrasound exams, ensuring accurate imaging, compassionate patient care, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will supervise and mentor sonography staff, manage daily workflow, support protocol and quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes and support our community-focused mission.
