Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality, patient-centered ultrasound services across our Georgia care sites. In this role, you will perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound exams, oversee daily workflows, and serve as a clinical resource for sonographers. You will collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams, ensure image quality and protocol adherence, and support staff development through coaching and education. The Lead Sonographer also champions safety, regulatory compliance, and process improvement to enhance outcomes and the patient experience.
