Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to oversee high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. In this role, you will perform and coordinate complex exams, ensure image quality and accurate documentation, and partner closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support timely diagnoses. You will mentor and precept sonographers and students, promote best practices and safety, and help optimize workflows and protocols. As part of a not-for-profit, integrated health system, you’ll impact community health while accessing advanced technology, robust clinical resources, and career growth across diverse care settings.
