Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and oversee daily imaging operations. In this role, you will perform complex exams, guide and mentor sonographers, and collaborate closely with radiologists and providers to support accurate, patient-centered care. You will champion quality and safety standards, support training and competency development, and help drive process improvements across a variety of care settings. This leadership position offers the opportunity to impact community health while working with modern technology and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
