Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to deliver high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services and provide team leadership within our patient-focused health system. In this role, you will perform and oversee a broad range of ultrasound exams, ensuring image quality, protocol adherence, and patient safety. You will mentor sonographers, coordinate daily workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists, providers, and nursing staff. The Lead Sonographer supports quality improvement, staff education, and best practices while modeling compassionate, inclusive, patient-centered care for our Georgia communities.
