Job description
Kapta Space in Seattle, WA seeks a Principal Radar Engineer to lead radar systems engineering and MTI algorithm development for spaceborne applications. You will translate mission needs into high‑performance radar modes and mentor engineers across RF/antenna, FPGA, software, and systems teams.
Responsibilities include defining architectures for spaceborne MTI, developing Doppler processing and clutter suppression algorithms, modeling performance in MATLAB/Python, and guiding verification plans
