Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Speech Therapy Team Leader to guide a team of speech-language pathologists in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will deliver advanced assessment and treatment for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while coordinating team workflows and caseloads. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, mentor and develop staff, support onboarding and training, and ensure high-quality, compliant documentation and outcomes.
