Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance across our Pandora store in the Boston area.
You will coach an Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, ensuring strong product knowledge, brand representation, and KPI achievement while fostering a culture of care and accountability.
