Highland Strategy Group, a Boston-based boutique strategy consulting firm, seeks a Consultant to lead select client engagements from issue framing to final deliverables. You will organize research plans, conduct analyses, mentor junior Associates, and help shape growth strategy across private equity and middle-market clients.
Travel is minimal; compensation includes salary plus a robust bonus program and profit-sharing.
