Job description
Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Systems Concepts Engineer (PMTS) to lead mission engineering, architecture trade studies, and MBSE/DE analyses for complex hardware/software systems.
You will guide 5–10 person teams, mentor engineers, and develop robust requirements, risk mitigations, and best practices while interfacing with sponsors and leadership. A strong systems engineering background is required.
