Qualifications:
Serve as the primary reviewer of all tax-related deliverables to ensure compliance with tax laws, accuracy, and adherence to client objectives.
Provide mentorship and training to Tax Consultants to develop their skills and ensure consistency in service quality.
Act as the point of escalation for complex client issues or technical tax matters.
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients for tax planning, compliance, and preparation, both in-office and virtually.
Develop customized tax strategies that align with client goals and the latest tax regulations.
Establish long-term client relationships through professional expertise and superior service.
Compensation Highlights:
Starting pay is negotiable based on experience
