Job description
Gusto is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and shape internal-facing tax compliance platforms. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and CX to identify friction and deliver AI-powered, scalable solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency for a large SMB customer base.
You’ll drive investment strategy, balance tradeoffs, and lead cross-functional teams to ship durable tax systems that scale with evolving rules and volumes.
