Job description
Renesas Electronics Corporation seeks a Principal Test Architect for the Analog and Mixed-Signal division. This role leads test methodology, design-for-test strategy, and test infrastructure across product portfolios, partnering with design, product, and test teams to drive test innovation from NPI through high-volume manufacturing.
