IDEAL Industries, Inc. in Sterling, MA is seeking a Test Lab Supervisor to lead the Compliance Test Laboratory operations and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant testing aligned with product development and manufacturing goals.
You will supervise Lab Technicians, manage testing schedules, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and external laboratories to deliver reliable test results and drive continuous improvement.
