Job description
Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced Derby café with energy, accountability, and a people-first approach. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach the team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience across all shifts.
As brand ambassador, you’ll set store culture, manage scheduling and inventory, drive performance through feedback and quality metrics, and partner with owners to sustain growth and a positive, values-driven environment.
