Familylinks offers family-centered services in Behavioral Health, Service Coordination, Youth and Family, and Aging Services.

Position Summary: The Lead Therapist provides critical support for outpatient treatment services. This position will both coordinate program needs as well as provide direct service to the individuals in treatment. The Lead Therapist will assist management in providing direction and clinical support to the staff within programs. The Lead Therapist is positive and supportive of Familylinks' personnel and the mission of the organization.

Compensation: $60k-$80k/ annually

Position Qualifications and Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Childhood Development, or related field, Licensure preferred.

Two years of experience working in the behavioral health field.

Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.

A valid driver's license along with access to a vehicle.

Management of work processes along with strong computer and documentation skills.

Ability to main confidential information within HIPAA, regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

Must be flexible especially with scheduling (may include occasional evenings and weekends) and able to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

Strong communication skills along with professionalism.

Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices.

Experience working in crisis settings with individuals and families.

Self-directed, flexible with strong problem-solving abilities.

Support the organization's mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony.

Must be flexible and able to organize and perform multiple tasks within the same timeframe.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities: Assists the Manager with day-to-day support of the program and program staff.

Implement and maintain the program's philosophy, principles and procedures in all services and/or operational functions.

Perform direct service functions to ensure department goals.

Along with the Program Manager, establish appropriate program outcome goals.

Complete all program reports as needed by agency, county, and state standards.

Ensure the operation of the program is in accordance with applicable licensing and/or regulatory compliance.

Along with the Program Manager, act as a spokesperson and program liaison with regulatory and contractual organizations.

Reviews files, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, timeliness and ability to meet governing bodies' and/or agency protocol.

Along with the Program Manager, interview, hire and evaluate staff while maintaining approved staffing levels.

Responsible for providing support, training and development of staff to meet agency, department/program and regulatory standards.

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with individuals from outside agencies/organizations.

Participate in the periodic review of program service operation and development.

Conduct clinical supervision with therapists and/or interns.

Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and instruct staff accordingly.

Responsible for the development of community-based prevention services with external agencies.

Create a culture of service excellence which promotes continuous improvement and satisfies the requirements of internal and external customers.

Assist team leads in the implementation of action plans to improve performance.

Provide all documentation and reports as required.

Attend all trainings, supervisions and meetings as assigned.
