Job description
Leidos Defense in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Lead Thermal/Stress Analyst to design and analyze next‑generation defense systems. You will perform stress and thermal analyses, build finite element models, and validate designs with testing teams.
The role requires ABET‑accredited mechanical/aerospace engineering, hands-on experience with FEMAP/NX NASTRAN and STAR‑CCM+/CFD tools, and strong collaboration and communication skills. In-office with limited remote work flexibility.
