Job description
MedStar Health's Trauma Service at MedStar Washington Hospital Center is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider to coordinate daily operations, lead the APP group, and support high-acuity trauma care. You will mentor APPs, manage scheduling and staffing, and collaborate with trauma surgeons, nursing, and leadership to elevate clinical quality.
The role maintains an active clinical practice, develops treatment plans for acute trauma patients, and drives process improvements within the trauma
