Job description
GXO Logistics is hiring a Lead for 1st Shift in our transportation and warehousing operation. In this role, you will coordinate daily warehouse activities, assign work, and guide a small team to meet productivity, safety and quality targets. You will monitor inbound and outbound flows, verify documentation, and resolve issues quickly to keep freight moving. Partnering with supervisors, you’ll track KPIs, use warehouse systems and scanners, and support training and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role on the floor that requires strong communication, reliability, and a commitment to safety and service for global customers.
