Job description
UKG is building an AI-first suite that helps organizations create better workplaces. We are seeking a talented Lead User Experience Behavioral Scientist to drive the development of AI-powered product experiences and to manage user behavior and sentiment analysis programs.
You will weave data into actionable insights for product teams and lead initiatives within the UX Research team and the broader UX organization.
