Job description
Kaleida Health is seeking a Manager of Value Based Care Analytics to lead a team of analysts responsible for contracting modeling, value-based reimbursement design, and ongoing financial performance monitoring. The role blends analytics with strategic insight to support provider and payer partnerships and enterprise budgeting.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 5 years in health analytics, and strong SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI skills.
