Job description
The Primary Care Physician leads a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Tomah VA Medical Center, delivering direct care to Veterans enrolled in Primary Care. This role qualifies for Recruitment/Relocation Incentives, Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), and the Physician Contract Buy Out Program (CBOP).
